Role:
Associate/Senior Associate – Program Growth
We are seeking a proactive and creative Associate/Senior Associate – Program Growth to support the launch initiatives of Plaksha University's newly introduced  Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (MS in AI) program . The role will play a key part in driving outreach, strengthening program visibility, and supporting core program operations and applicant engagement.
This is a generalist role for early-career professionals who enjoy working across functions. It offers the opportunity to develop strong managerial and coordination skills by bringing together multiple program work streams cohesively and contributing meaningfully to the growth of a high-impact graduate program.
Reporting to: MS in AI Program Team

Key Responsibilities:

· Support outreach efforts across student communities, professional networks, and industry groups to strengthen program visibility and engagement.

· Provide first-level counselling to prospective candidates by addressing queries, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them on program fit and opportunities.

· Assist in planning and executing webinars, information sessions, and other engagement events for prospective applicants.

· Provide program operations support, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining program materials.

· Assist the admissions team with applicant communication, outreach activities, and organizing touchpoints with prospective students.

· Contribute creative ideas and create concise, high-quality content and manage the program's social media presence through a focused content calendar and ensure timely posts across key platforms.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree required

· 1–4 years of work experience  in program coordination, outreach, marketing, communications, strategy, or related roles

· Strong communication skills , with the ability to craft clear, engaging written content

· Comfort working across teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

· Ability to manage varied tasks, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day program operations

· Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva to create decks

· Creative thinking  with the ability to propose ideas that enhance program visibility and engagement

· Strong organizational skills,  attention to detail , and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Interest in contributing to  program-level planning , insights, and strategy development
