Location: Pipili
Handle admission-related queries through tele-calling and in-person interactions.
Communicate effectively in Hindi, Gujarati, and English to assist a diverse set of clients.
Provide accurate information about admission processes and basic guidance on educational opportunities.
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to student inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain a pleasant and approachable personality to build rapport with students and parents.
Keep records of interactions and ensure timely updates in the system.
Collaborate with the counseling or admissions team to ensure smooth coordination.
Stay motivated and focused on achieving daily and weekly calling targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduates or undergraduates (fresher or experienced candidates can apply).
Good command over Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Should have a pleasant personality and be a self-motivator.
Willingness to work in a tele-calling profile.
