Role Description  This is a  full-time, on-site faculty role  based in  Roorkee, Uttarakhand , for  MBA Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor  in the area of Management Studies.
The selected faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, facilitating classroom discussions, and contributing to academic and research excellence. The role also involves curriculum development, assessment design, student project supervision, and active participation in academic and institutional initiatives.
Collaboration with colleagues, industry interaction, and continuous upskilling to align with emerging management trends are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities   Deliver engaging and outcome-oriented lectures in MBA / Management subjects
Mentor and guide students for academic, research, and career development
Develop and update course curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching material
Conduct and publish research, case studies, and academic papers (as applicable to the position)
Guide student projects, internships, dissertations, and live industry assignments
Design assessments, evaluate performance, and ensure academic rigor
Participate in accreditation, academic audits, workshops, FDPs, and conferences
Collaborate with industry and academic peers to enhance learning outcomes
Contribute to institutional growth, innovation, and quality initiatives

Qualifications & Eligibility  For Professor   PhD in Management or related discipline (as per UGC norms)
Significant teaching, research, and academic leadership experience
Strong publication record in reputed journals
Proven experience in guiding PhD / PG research
For Associate Professor   PhD in Management or related discipline (mandatory as per UGC norms)
Relevant teaching and research experience
Publications in peer-reviewed journals
Ability to contribute to curriculum development and research culture
For Assistant Professor   PhD in Management or NET/SET qualified (as per UGC norms)
Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude
Industry experience will be an added advantage
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning
