Location: Najafgarh

The bridge between data and creativity. The Creative Strategist figures out what to say, to whom, and why it will work — then briefs the copywriters and designer to execute it. This person makes the difference between ads that get ignored and campaigns that generate pipeline.
Salary: ₹35,000–40,000/month

Digital Marketing Lead
Works Closely With:
Both Copywriters, Graphic Designer, DM Lead
Experience

Required:

2–4 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or performance creative

Responsibilities :

- Owns the messaging strategy for every campaign — who are we talking to, what pain are we solving, why should they trust Whiz Co.
Builds creative briefs for every campaign before a single word is written or pixel is designed.
Reviews competitor ads, industry trends, and platform creative best practices weekly — brings insights to the team.
Develops Whiz Co's content pillars and brand narrative — the consistent story across all channels.
Analyses which creatives are performing and why — translates data into the next creative hypothesis.
Leads campaign concepting for big moments — new service launches, award entries, seasonal campaigns.
Manages the affiliate marketing programme — identifies the right partners, builds the pitch, manages relationships.
Develops every growth loop strategy — how platform users become managed service clients.

Requirements :

- Has built creative strategy for B2B campaigns — not just consumer brand work.
Can write a compelling creative brief that a designer and copywriter can execute without 5 follow-up questions.
Understands paid social creative deeply — knows what works on Linked In vs Meta vs Google Display and why.
Strong analytical mind — can look at campaign data and extract a creative insight, not just a performance observation.
Excellent communicator — can sell a creative idea to a sceptical founder in 2 minutes.
Prior experience in a creative or marketing role is preferred.
