Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate concepts, scripts, and story pitches; collaborate with writers to refine narrative, structure, and character arcs.
Partner with production houses, creative teams, and directors to bring stories to life efficiently and at high quality.
Manage pre-production, shoot, and post-production workflows for smooth execution.
Provide creative feedback on episodes, edits, performances, pacing, and storytelling.
Track production spends and ensure efficient resource utilization without compromising quality.
Maintain timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor platform and audience insights to iterate content direction based on performance.
Create and maintain production documentation including schedules, approvals, and status trackers.
