About DROPZ

DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

As a Fashion and Accessories Designer at DROPZ, you will translate culture into collectible product, moving fast from idea to sample to drop. This is a 0 to 100 environment where ownership wins, craft matters, and you build the room you want to work in every day, through discipline and high standards.

What You'll Do

You will own the design pipeline for apparel and accessories across limited-edition drops, balancing cultural sharpness with production reality and timelines.
Conceptualize bold apparel and accessories for each drop by turning cultural insights into wearable stories, then align concepts with brand direction so every release feels rare, intentional, and unmistakably DROPZ.
Create cohesive capsule design systems by defining silhouettes, color stories, trims, and hardware direction, then translate them into a drop-ready range that is consistent across categories while still feeling collectible.
Track global and local fashion, streetwear, and accessory trends through weekly research, community signals, and competitor scans, then convert insights into actionable design opportunities for upcoming drops.
Evaluate material innovations and emerging design techniques by shortlisting fabrics, finishes, and constructions, then propose options that match the brand's boldness while staying feasible for sampling and production.
Produce clear hand sketches and polished digital renderings that capture silhouettes, fit intent, patterns, embellishments, and hardware, then present concepts in review-ready decks that help stakeholders decide fast.
Build repeatable design communication habits by documenting references, iterations, and final decisions, then maintain organized design files so handoffs to production stay clean and predictable.
Develop comprehensive tech packs for apparel and accessories by specifying materials, colorways, measurements, construction, and stitch details, then ensure each pack is complete enough to reduce sampling loops.
Collaborate closely with sampling and production partners by reviewing proto feedback, refining specs, and approving adjustments, then protect design intent while keeping timelines and quality standards on track.

Who You Are

You have 12 to 24 months of hands-on experience designing apparel and accessories, and you can show a portfolio that demonstrates strong silhouettes, detail thinking, and a point of view that fits culture-forward drops.
You think in systems, you can build cohesive mini-collections by connecting garments and accessories through color, trims, and narrative, and you know how to keep a drop consistent without making it boring.
You are strong at sketching and digital rendering, and you can communicate fit, patterns, embellishments, and hardware clearly enough that production partners understand intent without guessing.
You can write clear tech packs with measurements, construction notes, and material callouts, and you treat spec accuracy as a quality bar that directly impacts sample speed and final output.
You stay curious about streetwear and accessory culture, and you convert trend research into original design moves rather than copying references or chasing hype without context.
You handle feedback with maturity and speed, and you can iterate without losing the soul of the design while keeping decisions documented and aligned across stakeholders.
You manage timelines with discipline, and you know how to prioritize what matters for a drop so sampling, revisions, and approvals move forward without chaos.
You thrive in a 0 to 100 startup environment, you take ownership without waiting to be told, and you actively build a positive culture by showing up prepared, respectful, and committed to shared wins.

What We Offer

High ownership work where your designs ship as real drops, and you learn faster by being close to decisions, constraints, and outcomes rather than being siloed in a slow design pipeline.
A culture-forward team that cares about taste and craft, where you can build from 0 to 100 together through daily intensity, accountability, and pride in the details.
Creative freedom with structure, meaning you get room to explore while still working within drop timelines, review cadence, and quality checks that protect brand consistency.
A long-term builder environment where your growth comes from taking on bigger problems, mentoring where needed, and earning trust through reliable execution.
