What You'll Do
•
Assist in designing creatives for social media, presentations, and digital campaigns
•
Help maintain visual consistency across all brand assets and platforms
•
Convert content, concepts, and ideas into clean, simple, and effective visual formats
•
Support senior designers and the marketing team with day-to-day design tasks
•
Organize and manage design files, ensuring proper use of brand templates and guidelines
•
Make quick edits and iterations based on feedback
What We're Looking For
•
2+ years  of experience in graphic design or visual design
•
Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)
•
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
•
Ability to translate ideas into clear visual stories
•
Attention to detail and consistency
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•
Open to feedback and iterative design processes
Nice to Have
•
Experience designing for startups, B2B, or digital-first brands
•
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing design
•
Motion graphics or video-editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
•
A portfolio showcasing your design work
