ELearning CBT Developer

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Development:
Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and design documentation.
Build eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other Company'sapproved tools.
Create microlearning, videos, animations, job aids, facilitator guides, and reference materials.
Develop interactive learning components (quizzes, scenarios, simulations, branching).
Ensure all content adheres to company's branding, tone, templates, and accessibility standards.

Translation & Localization
Adapt, translate, or localize learning content for regional markets as required.
Reformat, adjust visuals, and revise language to support region specific needs.
Ensure cultural accuracy and alignment with global design guidelines.

Content Quality & Review
Conduct thorough QA checks for accuracy, grammar, formatting, accessibility, branding, and technical functionality.
Incorporate SME and stakeholder feedback through structured review cycles.
Ensure final outputs meet company's quality expectations prior to signoff.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with company's SMEs, project leads, and regional stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and calendar reviews.
Provide regular updates, highlight risks, and ensure alignment across teams.
Support cross-functional collaboration (Brand, Compliance, RAI, Platform Owners, etc.) as required.
