Role Overview :
We're looking for a Content Strategist & Copywriter who can think
strategically and write sharply. This role sits at the intersection of brand
thinking, campaign ideas, and execution—someone who can plan content
frameworks and also write copy that actually performs.
This is not a pure writing role. Strategy thinking is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy
Build content strategies for brands across social, campaigns, and digital
platforms
Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
Translate brand goals into actionable content plans

Copywriting & Execution
Write clear, engaging copy for social media, campaigns, ads, websites,
and pitch decks
Develop hooks, captions, headlines, and scripts for reels and short-form
videos
Ensure consistency in brand voice across all content

Creative & Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers, performance marketers, and account
managers
Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts
Provide content direction and feedback during execution

Research & Optimisation
Research audiences, trends, and competitor content
Refine content based on performance insights and platform best
practices
Support pitch decks and new business presentations with strong
messaging

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Content Strategist, Copywriter, or similar
role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Proven ability to balance strategy + execution
Excellent writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and structure
Experience working in a marketing or creative agency is a strong plus
