Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bridal Stylist who can research trends, understand bridal personalities and body types, and create customized wedding looks. This role requires someone stable, mature, and committed to building a long‑term styling system for our brand while delivering a premium consultation experience to every bride.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep discovery sessions with brides and families to understand personality, taste, body/neck/face type, complexion, and wedding plans.
Stay present on the showroom floor, listening to multiple decision-makers and guiding them realistically.
Research celebrity looks, wedding trends, and luxury styling references.
Design blouse necklines, sleeves, and drapes so jewelry sits elegantly and enhances the bride's overall look.
Create rough styling sketches to help customers visualize the final look.
Build and update curated lookbooks based on body type, face cut, complexion, height, personality and function types.
Create a master styling database that maps jewelry styles to customer categories.
Continuously refine lookbooks and recommendations based on new trends and customer feedback.
Own the styling process end‑to‑end and set systems that other team members can follow.
Train junior stylists in the future once systems are fully created and approved.

Experience & Skills

10–15+ years of experience in bridal styling / couture / luxury retail / fashion consultation.
NIFT graduate preferred (or equivalent strong styling background).
Proven history of career stability and long‑term role commitment.
Strong understanding of Indian bridal wear, saree drapes, lehengas, and blouse structures.
Ability to sketch simple visual concepts.
Comfort with trend research and documentation.
Mature, emotionally balanced, and detail‑oriented mindset.

Growth Path

This role will evolve into a leadership position where the stylist will guide, train, and audit a team of stylists, owning the complete styling ecosystem for weddings.
