Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and engaging  Freelance Event Emcee  to host our regular events on a per-event basis.

The Emcee will be responsible for managing the stage, engaging the audience, and ensuring smooth event flow while maintaining the brand's premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Host the event professionally from start to finish

✅ Welcome guests, speakers, partners & attendees

✅ Introduce segments, activities & special moments

✅ Maintain event flow as per schedule

✅ Engage audience with energy & warmth

✅ Make sponsor & brand announcements

✅ Handle live interactions confidently

✅ Coordinate with event team during transitions

✅ Maintain a lively and structured atmosphere

Pre-Event Responsibilities

✔ Understand event format & agenda

✔ Prepare basic script (intro, transitions, closing)

✔ Align with organizing team

✔ Be available for quick briefing before event

During Event

Ensure smooth stage flow

Maintain audience interest

Support brand visibility

Manage time & announcements

Handle spontaneous situations gracefully
