Graphic Design Intern

WE’RE HIRING: GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN (FOUNDER’S OFFICE)

This is not a basic design internship.

We’re looking for someone who understands social content and can turn finance ideas into strong visuals across carousels, thumbnails, and video assets.

At Dime, design is about clarity, structure, and creative thinking. Every visual should help people understand money faster.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design carousels based on structured finance content

• Work on layouts that include tables, data, and visual storytelling

• Create scroll-stopping You Tube thumbnails with strong hooks

• Help editors with video asset generation and visual elements

• Create fusion-style visuals and creative assets for videos

• Study our existing design style and build new visuals aligned with it

• Work closely with the founder, writers, editors, and motion team

• Use Figma, Photoshop, or AI tools like Gemini when required

• Focus on clarity, hierarchy, and storytelling through design

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• Fast learners who take feedback well and iterate quickly

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong basics in typography, spacing, and layout

• Comfortable working in Figma

• Understanding of carousel flow and thumbnail psychology

• Interest in creating assets for video content

EXPERIENCE

• Students, freshers, or early-stage designers with strong portfolios

• Prior social media, thumbnail, or creator-led content experience is a plus

• Selection includes a practical assignment covering carousel and thumbnail design

SELECTION PROCESS. READ CAREFULLY.

• You will receive a practical design assignment

• Assignment includes one carousel task and one You Tube thumbnail task

• AI tools like Gemini are allowed, but originality matters

• Incomplete or low-effort submissions will not be reviewed

Submission of the design assignment is mandatory.
