Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Graphic Designer to support branding, marketing, and communication initiatives for our real estate developments in Goa.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
This role requires strong design aesthetics, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, and campaign visuals.
Develop brochures, presentations, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
Adapt designs for multiple formats including Linked In, Meta ads, print, and web.
Support launch campaigns, announcements, and promotional initiatives.
Manage revisions efficiently based on feedback and project requirements.
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience in real estate, branding, advertising, or marketing design preferred.

Educational Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
Understanding of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
