We are seeking an experienced, creative, and energetic  Head of Video Editing  with 5+ years of professional expertise in transforming raw footage and voiceovers into engaging, broadcast-quality content for digital platforms.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead the video editing function and oversee the production of high-quality digital videos.
Edit and assemble raw footage, recordings, and voiceovers into compelling content.
Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and other creative elements.
Ensure edits are clean, fast-paced, and visually appealing for digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and content teams to meet strict deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to industry best practices.
Perform color correction, sound balancing, and video/audio enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and AI-driven techniques.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in video editing (preferably in digital, entertainment, or creative industries).
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
After Effects  (motion graphics)
DaVinci Resolve  (color grading)
Photoshop/Illustrator  (graphics & thumbnails)
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience in animation, cartoon, or creative storytelling.
Familiarity with live editing or multi-camera workflows.
Knowledge of digital-first content formats (shorts, reels, You Tube optimization).
