Role Overview

We are seeking a  Graphic Designer – PPT Specialist  who can turn data, ideas, and messages into visually engaging stories. You will design and deliver high-quality presentations, marketing collaterals, and creative assets that reflect Nxt Wave's brand identity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma in alignment with brand guidelines.
Create a variety of marketing and communication assets — ads, brochures, decks, whitepapers, social media graphics, and landing pages.
Develop clear and aesthetic infographics, icons, and charts to simplify complex ideas.
Collaborate with content, motion, video, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand communication.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to brand evolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in visual/communication design with strong presentation storytelling experience.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides (Figma experience preferred).
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, infographics, and brand communication work.
Excellent time management and communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
Illustration or basic video editing skills are a plus.
