Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media pages across multiple platforms.
Create content ideas, trends, scripts, and captions (reels + static posts).
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture references, and viral content formats.
Track performance metrics and provide reports with insights.
Engage with the audience via comments, DMs, and community building.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation.
Mandatory agency experience (must have handled multiple brand pages).
Strong creative writing skills (fun, relatable, conversational).
Understanding of Instagram algorithms and reel/content trends.
Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Good To Have)

Basic video editing (Reels editing).
Canva / Adobe knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
