Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kids Minder at Bolts Fun House LTD, located in Malihabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children during various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Tasks include assisting with activities such as face painting, managing groups during games, supporting performers, and creating a positive and fun environment for children.

Ensuring the well-being of the children and addressing any immediate concerns or needs will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Childcare and child supervision skills, including patience, attentiveness, and the ability to maintain a safe environment for children.
Creative and interactive abilities such as storytelling, basic art skills, and aiding with activities like games and crafts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and children.
Organizational and time management abilities to coordinate schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.
Experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or entertainment setting is preferred.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for children.
First Aid or child safety certifications are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in childcare or early education are beneficial.
