Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day operations, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing general clerical tasks. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient front desk operations is integral to this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Previous experience in a front desk role or administrative support is a plus
