Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for welcoming walkins, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, providing customer service, and handling receptionist duties. The role also entails maintaining front desk operations and ensuring a warm and professional client experience.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and experience in Receptionist Duties
Customer Service experience with a client-focused approach
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage front desk responsibilities effectively
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
