About the Role:
Flip Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. This position is well-suited for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their professional career in data management and administrative operations with a minimum 1-2 years of experience. The role will involve handling sensitive information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the broader operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update information in internal databases and systems.
Perform routine data verification to ensure completeness and correctness.
Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, as required.
Support various departments with administrative and data-related tasks.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data.
Adhere to company policies and data handling procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience
Excellent typing speed and accuracy .
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or academic exposure to data entry or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
Familiarity with data management tools or CRM software will be an advantage.
