Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa, India. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, maintaining office equipment, managing clerical duties, assisting with scheduling, and providing general support to the team. The Office Assistant will serve as a key point of contact in the office, maintaining professional communication and assisting in organizational operations.

Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations efficiently
Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting to support daily tasks
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in an office setting is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
