We're hiring a Junior Operations Associate in Kerala (Entry-Level)

Vision Play is looking for a full-time Junior Operations Associate  to support daily operations. This is an  office-based role , and we especially welcome candidates who are  at the very beginning of their careers . We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

What the role involves
The responsibilities will vary based on business needs, and may include:
Managing calendars and scheduling calls
Organizing documents, files, and simple workflows
Conducting basic research and preparing clear summaries
Assisting with communication or outreach tasks when required
Preparing short briefs, notes, or reports
Supporting general administrative and operational activities
Co-ordinating projects

You will receive clear instructions for each task, making this a great role for someone who prefers guided, step-by-step responsibilities.
