Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at our campus in Roorkee. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily operations at the reception area, including greeting visitors, managing reservations, and addressing inquiries for a positive experience. They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining efficient service standards, responding to inquiries, and coordinating front desk operations with organized and clear communication.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address guest needs and ensure a positive experience
Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, including phone handling, visitor management, and scheduling
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse individuals

Experience with Reservations and managing booking systems effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in using office software and familiarity with front desk operations technology
Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
