Role & responsibilities
The Executive Facility Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role involves coordinating with various service teams, managing administrative tasks, tracking invoices, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities
Facility Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the premises.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams with LL.
Take care of events k under the guidance of Site head for any support required.
Administrative Duties
Maintain records of facility usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
Prepare reports and documentation for consumables and courier.
Manage vendor for escort requirements.
Invoice Tracking
Ensure the invoice will be submitted on time.
Process the invoice for payment.
Customer and Staff Coordination
Act as a point of contact for facility-related issues.
Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in facility or administrative operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
