Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Specialist will handle daily responsibilities including managing phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, Walk-In sales, billing and performing general receptionist duties. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service abilities with a customer-focused approach
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer, billing and office management skills
Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role is an advantage
Knowledge of or interest in the automobile industry is an added benefit
