Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Tiruvallur. The Administrative Officer will handle daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support for various organizational activities. Responsibilities include general administration, communication management, record-keeping, assisting team members, and addressing customer service needs while maintaining high levels of organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong General Administration and Organization Skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in Administrative Assistance and multitasking

Good analytical , problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
