Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and maintain messages.
Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and correspondence.
Prepare outgoing mail and secure parcels for dispatch.
Monitor emails, sort, and forward as necessary.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
Maintain updated records, files, and monitor office expenses.
Support administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and schedules.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk with all necessary materials.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Ensure rooms are prepared prior to guest arrival and monitor daily bookings.
Promptly address guest requests and provide upscale guest service experiences.
