Role Overview The Executive / Administrative Assistant to the CTO is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and support activities to ensure smooth functioning of the CTO's office. The role involves email management, task follow-ups, office support coordination, and execution of ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the CTO. This position requires discretion, prioritization skills, and the ability to handle both professional and occasional personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities 1. Email & Communication Management - Monitor, review, and prioritize the CTO's email inbox daily
- Identify urgent, non-urgent, and informational emails and segregate them accordingly
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CTO as instructed
- Filter and highlight emails requiring immediate CTO attention
- Coordinate internal and external communication as required
2. Task Tracking & Follow-ups - Track tasks assigned by the CTO and follow up with concerned teams or individuals
- Ensure tasks are followed through until closure
- Share timely updates and reminders with the CTO on pending and completed actions
3. Administrative & Personal Assistance - Support the CTO with administrative and occasional personal tasks as required
- Assist with document preparation, printing, signatures, and coordination activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
4. Office & Support Coordination - Coordinate office support activities
- Act as a point of contact for internal support coordination
Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel within the city as required for assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of Telugu would be preferable for coordinating with support staff.
Required Skills & Competencies - Strong email handling, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
- Basic understanding of office and support coordination processes
- Good coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications & Experience - 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role (preferred)
- Freshers with strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
