Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Hyderabad. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, manage expense reports, organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide general administrative tasks. The role also involves effective communication across teams and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing overall Executive Support
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in office tools and software, such as MS Office Suite
Prior experience in a luxury retail or related environment is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
