We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with various departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide information about the company, services, and directions as required.
Assist with visitor logs, security procedures, and office supplies management.
Required
Skills & Qualifications Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment (phone, printer, scanner).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
