About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible  Accounts Executive  to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ITR, and company compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
GST Management
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Reconciliation of GST input/output and handling GST queries/notices
Maintain accurate GST records and documentation

TDS & ITR Handling
Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns on time
Generate TDS certificates and maintain records
Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
Handle tax-related queries and coordinate with CA when required

Company Compliance
Maintain accounting records as per statutory requirements
Ensure timely compliance with ROC, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other regulations
Assist in audits, documentation, and compliance reporting

General Accounting
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledger entries
Handle vendor reconciliation, payment follow-ups & documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice & payment processing

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or similar)
1–2 years of experience in accounting & compliance roles
Strong knowledge of  GST, TDS, ITR, and company compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Quick Books preferred)
Good understanding of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
