Role Description
This is a full-time Accountant role based on-site in Marmagao. The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, managing invoices, and supporting audits. The role also involves analyzing financial data to assist in strategic decision-making and collaborating with teams for budget preparation.

Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and maintaining general ledgers
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards

Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management
Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, Quick Books, or similar platforms
Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) and prior experience in similar roles will be a plus
