Job Summary:

Responsible for handling end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, statutory compliance, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:
Bill booking for direct & indirect purchases.
Fixed asset accounting & Capex register maintenance.
Vendor reconciliation & intercompany confirmations.
Bank reconciliation & cash flow reporting.
Processing payments (cheque, online, foreign remittance – Form A1/A2).
Statutory payments & return filing (GST, TDS, VAT, CST, PT).
Employee reimbursements, corporate & forex card processing.
Accounts Receivable:
Domestic, export & intercompany invoicing.
Customer receipt accounting & reconciliation.
GST return filing & assessment coordination.
Sales reporting & budget/cash flow support.

Required Skills:

Experience in manufacturing accounting & cost accounting.
Strong knowledge of GST & statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel & MIS reporting.
Good communication skills & ability to handle multiple priorities.
