Finance & Accounting Executive

Location: Kadi

We are seeking a detail-oriented  Finance & Accounting Executive  to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in  Tally , experienced in various  accounting entries , and capable of handling cash and bank transactions. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities     Accounting Operations:  Manage day-to-day  Accounting  tasks, including processing  Accounting Entries  such as  Journal, Sales, Purchase (Debit Note & Credit Note) .
Cash & Bank Management:  Responsible for  Cash & Bank Handling , ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Software Proficiency:  Utilize  Tally  extensively for all accounting functions.
Statutory Compliance:  Ensure adherence to all  Statutory Compliances , including  GST (Goods and Services Tax)  and  TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) .
Audit Coordination:
Coordinate with auditors  for smooth and efficient audit processes.
Qualifications    Proven experience in an  Accounting  role.
Proficiency in  Tally .

Experience with various  Accounting Entries  (Journal, Sales, Purchase, Debit/Credit Notes).
Knowledge of  Cash & Bank Handling .
Familiarity with  Statutory Compliances  like  GST  and  TDS .
Skills    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with auditors.
