Assistant Manager

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Financial reporting:
Prepare the final statements/accounts including the P & L and balance sheet along with schedules, computation etc.,

• Analysis of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash f low statements.

• Preparation of Monthly MIS report.
Auditing and assurance:
Support both internal and external audit processes by preparing audit schedules, gathering required documentation, and assisting with audit fieldwork.
Taxation:
Responsible for preparation and filing of various tax returns, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax.
Assist with tax planning and ensure compliance with the latest tax laws.
Accounting and compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, reconcile accounts, and ensure all financial activities adhere to accounting standards and regulations.
Budgeting and forecasting:
Provide support in budget preparation, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis to identify and investigate discrepancies.
Financial analysis:
Perform basic financial data analysis to provide insights for management's decision-making process.

• Experience in terms of funding viz., preparation of CMA data and its related documents, stock statements, quarterly reports to be submitted to bank will be preferred.
• Process improvement:
Help identify opportunities to improve financial processes and increase efficiency, including using new accounting software and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• CA Certification:
Successful completion of the Chartered Accountancy certification.

• Accounting Principles:
Strong understanding of accounting principles Ind AS / IFRS/GAAP financial reporting, and tax planning.

• Software Proficiency:
Expertise in using accounting software such as Tally, Quick Books, ERP/ SAP.

• Analytical

Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
