Type: 6 months internship & Based on performance full time
About the Role
We are expanding our accounting function and are seeking a dedicated Accountant to independently manage books and compliance for multiple small clients across India and the United States. The role involves close collaboration with clients and requires strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Quick Books.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting for multiple clients (India & US)
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare and finalize financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Work on U.S. GAAP–based reporting and book closures
Process PR, PO etc.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS returns and support annual statutory compliances in India
Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, payroll)
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Coordinate with auditors and client stakeholders for all accounting matters
Adhere to accounting standards, client SLAs, and internal controls
Visit client offices when required for coordination or review
Required Skills & Experience
CA Inter or MBA/M.Com
Working with Audit/CA firms or handling US accounting clients is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books & Quick Books (mandatory)
Understanding of Indian statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PF, PT, ROC support etc.
Good working knowledge of US GAAP basics and payroll fundamentals
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience in accounting process documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently with accountability for deliverables
