Zoho Books Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

Must have experience in accounting.
Must have experience in Zoho Books – end-to-end accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
Strong understanding of GST regulations and the return filing process.
Experience in invoice management (creation, tracking, reconciliation).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data.
Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books.
Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
