1. Perform cost accumulation tasks and prepare cost accounting reports for management review.
2. Analyze financial data and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts and budgets.
5. Conduct profitability analysis on products and services.
6. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to review and analyze cost efficiency.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to cost accounting.
8. Provide support for internal and external audits related to cost accounting functions.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cost accounting
