Account Executive

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage invoice generation, payroll review, statutory compliance, and customer/vendor coordination. The role involves working with internal teams, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely financial compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
1.Invoice & Payroll
Generate and manage invoices accurately.
Review payroll workings and ensure correctness.

2.Accounts & Documentation
Collect bills, credit notes, and debit notes from the concerned departments.
Ensure all purchase bills are routed to the official accounts email  proper collection.
Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in the system.

3.Statutory Compliance
Manage PF workings, monthly returns, and challan payments.
Handle ESI workings, returns, and challan payments.
Account for GST set-off entries accurately.
Perform TDS receivable reconciliation from customers and ensure all payments—with or without TDS—are recorded.

4.Customer & Vendor Coordination
Respond to customer queries related to invoices, payments, or TDS.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accurate documentation and updates.

Skills Required
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, GST, TDS).
Good Excel and documentation skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
