Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate role located in Rajkot. The Senior Associate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting audits. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and compliance requirements
Advanced skills in MS Excel and accounting software
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Educational background in accounting or finance; CA/CPA certification is a significant advantage
Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred
