Job Description
Main Tasks
Accounting & Reporting:
Perform daily R2R accounting tasks, including GL postings, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS-compliant financial statements for assigned legal entities.
Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account reconciliations, and analyze variances.
Ensure the timely closure of books and submission of reports in line with Group MH standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support management and operational business teams with accounting-related queries.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and statutory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
Work closely with other internal teams (P2P, O2C, Controlling, SAP FICO) for smooth process flow.
Continuous Improvement & Projects:
Participate in special projects, including SAP S/4
HANA rollout, transitions, and process
optimizations.
Contribute to the setup and documentation of efficient accounting processes.
Apply strong understanding of accrual concepts in day-to-day operations
Your Profile
Qualification:
University degree in Economics, Accounting, or related studies (ACCA, CPA, CA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, with focus on IFRS.
Exposure to local GAAP is an advantage.
Core
Competency:
Knowledge of SAP systems (S4
Hana is an advantage).
Strong MS Excel skills, capable of handling and interpreting large data sets.
Knowledge &

Solid understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting controls, and reconciliations.
Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams and functions.
Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.
