Marketing Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.

ROE Dental Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support our growing marketing initiatives. This role will assist with content development, campaign execution, project coordination, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

• Assist with content creation for email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials
• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through execution
• Support email marketing campaigns, including building and scheduling emails in Hub Spot
• Maintain and update Hub Spot CRM and marketing automation tools
• Track and analyze marketing data and campaign performance, providing reports and insights
• Assist with marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
  
  Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and internal communication across teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy
• Organize and maintain marketing materials, brand assets, and campaign documentation
• Provide general support for marketing initiatives and promotions

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Experience using Hub Spot for email marketing, CRM, or campaign management preferred
• Strong writing and content development skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and data interpretation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
