This role is responsible for overseeing and growing sales across the designated region, creating and executing strategies to drive Keyfactor's success. The VP reports to the Chief Sales Officer and leads a team of sales leaders, ensures alignment with global goals, and manages high-level strategies, forecasts, and escalations.
Responsibilities- Oversees and enhances sales operations across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with Keyfactor's global objectives.
- Develops high-level strategies to drive comprehensive sales growth and market expansion.
- Provides executive leadership to the sales team, focusing on strategic guidance, coaching, and development.
- Establishes and maintains executive relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to influence company strategy.
- Directs and supports senior sales leaders in building and advancing net new sales pipelines and closing high-value deals.
- Forecasts long-term revenue goals and sets accurate projections for quarterly and annual performance.
- Manages complex escalations and strategic issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Facilitates executive-level meetings and strategic discussions to drive performance and alignment.
- Monitors and adapts global sales strategies to evolving market conditions and competitive landscapes.
- Champions the company's values and fosters a supportive, high-performing team environment while managing extensive travel requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in leading sales operations at a regional or global level.
- Deep knowledge of global sales strategies and market expansion practices.
- Proven success in executive leadership and strategic planning.
- Expertise in crafting and executing global sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Advanced skills in strategic forecasting and long-term revenue planning.
- Proficiency in high-level negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and data analytics tools for executive decision-making.
- Ability to drive and influence organizational change and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional executive leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence senior management and global teams.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for representing the company at global events and forums.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex and high-stakes scenarios.
- Capacity to drive performance and align global sales efforts with company goals.
- Ability to manage a high level of travel and maintain a strategic focus on global markets.
