About the position
AsSenior Sales Director for the Benelux region, with aprimary focus on Netherlands and Dutch speaking region, you willbe responsible for driving high-value enterprise sales, managing complex deal cycles, and building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at key accounts. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing,leveraging your industryexpertiseand advanced sales methodologies to deliver exceptional results. This is a quota-carrying role withsignificantimpact on regional growth.
This role is based out of Netherlands. The applicants must be based in Netherlands and mush hold a valid Right to Work.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and close complex enterprise sales opportunities in Netherlands and Dutch speaking Benelux.
- Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams.
- Deliver accurateforecastsandmaintaina healthy, qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute regional GTM campaigns.
- Build and maintaintrusted relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Develop deep knowledge of company solutions, market trends, and competitors.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Adhere to establishedsales processes and performance standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in direct enterprise sales within IT security,cryptography,PKI, certificate lifecyclemanagementorcryptographic discovery.
- Extensive experience in collaborating with Channel/Partners.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirement sin the IT security industry.
- Proficiency in
MEDDPICC,Solution Selling, andSPIN Selling methodologies. - Proven track recordofmeeting and exceeding quotas in long-cycle enterprise deals,quarterly-drivenway ofworkat high intensity.
- Ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Proficiencywithadvanced CRM and sales tools.
- Native-level
Dutchandfull professional fluency in English (both written and spoken). - Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven. #LI-NA1
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
