You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. • Welcome, register, check‑in, and check‑out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
• Handle customer complaints as necessary
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
• Take incoming calls, online and in‑person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs and special requests
• Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready

• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• High school graduate, GED recipient or equivalent
