• Plan, schedule, and coordinate field crews to meet project scope requirements.
• Prepare and submit permit applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare project permits, specifications, and submittals.
• Develop proposals and support regional marketing efforts.
• Represent Somat Engineering at project meetings.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of project deliverables and correspondence.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of projects.
• Maintain quality assurance and safety on all projects.
• Assist Senior Project Managers with various tasks.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required, with PE preferred or the ability to obtain within one year.
• Minimum of 2 years of Civil and/or Subsurface Utility Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Proven success in client relationship development.
• Ability to network effectively to drive strategic business growth.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management with the ability to multitask.
• Self‑motivated.
