Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Standard
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Training will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for the first month only, after which the shift will be from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Follow call scripts and procedures to maintain consistency.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
