CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks CDL A drivers, including recent graduates, for a dedicated grocery account operating 53' refrigerated trailers across the Central and Western regions. This position offers predictable home time options, modern automatic equipment, and predominantly no-touch freight.

• Weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,200 (dependent on miles and load volume)
• Base pay: $0.49–$0.60 per mile, depending on experience
• Stop pay: $10 for first stop, $15 for each additional stop
• Short-haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
• Monthly performance bonus: $0.06 per mile when exceeding 8,200 miles in the month, maintaining accident-free status, and achieving fuel efficiency target of 7 MPG
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• Equipment: 53' refrigerated trailers; all-automatic, modern tractors
• Freight:
  Primarily no-touch; mix of drop-and-hook with occasional live store load/unloads
• Operating area:
  Central and Western regions
• Mileage:
  Approximately 1,500–1,800 miles per week
• Home time:
  Weekly set home time with a minimum 34-hour reset; daily home time available for drivers living within 50 miles of Harrisonville, MO (slip-seat trucks)
• Schedule:
  
  Rotating day and night shifts; drivers must be willing to work either shift

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI convictions within the past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• Generally stable 10-year work history; reasonable exceptions for schooling or training will be considered
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Residency: within 200 miles of Harrisonville, MO
• Criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
