** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the facility.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

+ Collaborate with site personnel to support security-related operations and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.

+ Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

+ Participate in training and drills related to emergency response and use of force, as applicable to an armed post.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A minimum of three years combined law enforcement military or security experience or a college degree is required.

+ An armed guard card or license is required.

+ An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
