• Leading by Example: Be hands‑on during every shift—jumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like.
• Coaching & Development: Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence.
• Operations Management: Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Decision-Making: Act as manager‑on‑duty when the Store Manager is off shift. Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Creating a Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, upbeat, and team‑oriented atmosphere that motivates everyone to bring their best.

• A confident, dependable leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude, even under pressure
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
